When we first received our very LARGE puppy, we were thrilled to welcome her to our family, but soon
learned that she was more than I and my daughter could handle. We were referred to Justine through our
veternarian. When I contacted Justine on the phone, within a few minutes I knew we had contacted the right
trainer for our puppy. I was impressed that Justine knew so much about our dog without even having met her! I also liked her “family” approach. Our entire family received training so that our puppy would not be
confused with each person using a different method of training. Because of the “family” approach, our
puppy was given individualized attention. The classes were designed to meet our immediate goals, not
some pre-designed plan. Because of this, we saw immediate success with our puppy and were thrilled with
the results. We also liked the spacing of the classes. Classes did not have to be in consecutive weeks
which allowed for more flexibility in our busy lives. The class spacing also gave us the ability to cover other
areas that needed to be addressed that did not appear until our puppy got older. As we spent time with our
dog, we began to realize that things that were a problem in the beginning that we had dealt began to disappear, and new problems emerged. The spacing of Justine’s classes helped us to deal with these new problems as they arose that may not have been a problem a few weeks prior.
Justine is a great trainer. Our puppy loves her and so do we. She is available and always willing to answer
any questions that arise. Justine knows how to speak “dog.” And know we’re learning, too.
